SDSU AGR SCHOLARSHIP

- Male Student graduating in the Spring of 2025 from an accredited high school institution 

- Cumulative High School GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (adjust for other scales) 

- Must be enrolled at South Dakota State University beginning in the Fall of 2023 (Preference will be given to those enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Biological Sciences, but others are encouraged to apply!) 

- Applicant must attach a resume, three professional references, and AT LEAST one letter of recommendation from a High School faculty member or Agricultural Professional 

- Applicants will be judged on: 

          * Scholarship Application 

          * Resume 

          * Professional Interview with Scholarship Committee                                         

             (if applicable) 

- Application must be filled out electronically or mailed to 1929 8th Street, Brookings, SD 57006, no later than September 5, 2025, to Ethan Becker: ethan.becker@jacks.sdstate.edu

- The Scholarship Committee will select the most qualified applicants to participate in a professional interview in September 2025. 

- The scholarship will be awarded during the Fall semester following the professional interview with the Scholarship Committee. 

- Two $1000 scholarships will be awarded to two qualified applicants.
